How many days is the wedding?

The wedding is set for Thursday, October 16, 2025. We’re also be organising a pre-wedding cocktail hour/dinner the day before, providing an opportunity for everyone to meet.

We will be staying in Bali a bit longer since some family members and friends are traveling from Europe and will be in Asia for an extended period.

How early should I book the flights and accommodation?

As a general rule of thumb, the earlier the better as price will be cheaper :) 
We recommend a few accommodations nearby the wedding venue, you can visit the 'Venue, Travel & Stay' page to review. 
Please let us know before you make a reservation, as we may be able to provide promo codes for cheaper rates for your bookings (though we can't guarantee it).

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Elegant Tropical. This means you are encouraged to wear light, breathable fabrics suitable for Bali's warm climate, such as cotton, linen, or silk.

Men can opt for lightweight suits or dress shirts with slacks, while women can choose cocktail dresses or flowy gowns.

Bright colors, floral patterns, and comfortable but classy footwear are highly recommended to match the tropical vibe.

How to get to the venue?

The Villa Plenilunio is located in Uluwatu, Bali, approximately a 50-minute drive from Bali Denpasar International Airport. We recommend using Grab taxi (the equivalent of Uber in SEA) or arranging airport pickups directly to your accommodation. There are a few websites such as Klook, KKday that offer airport pickup booking services.

We will also be creating a Whatsapp announcement group closer to the wedding day, so that people who are arriving on the same day may share a van together.
